Software Selection

With our full-service software selection process, we will be with you from start to finish.

  • Perform software needs analysis. We will conduct a needs analysis with your staff to determine which features and functionalities your firm will require of the new software.
  • We will create detailed workflows of your intake and practice area processes.
  • We will Recommend two or three products that are best suited for your firm to demo.
  • We attend vendor product demos with you.
  • We handle the project management so that the transition occurs with little to no hiccups.
  • We extract data from your current software and migrate it to the new system.
  • The database defaults and custom fields are set up.
  • Advanced training tailored to your firm is provided.
  • If needed, we can create custom reports, workflows, document automations or other special projects
  • Provide on-going phone and email support as needed

We can create a customized training program for your firm. Whether it is new user training or advanced training, we can train your firm to better utilize their software.

Workflows are a group of tasks that are performed automatically within your software. We can help create and set up custom workflows for your firm. We will work with your staff to determine what processes or tasks are needed. We will then create the custom Workflows and implement them into your software.

On Going Support

We provide ongoing support via phone or email. We resolve the problem ourselves or work with the software manufacturer’s support team to get it resolved.
